Local Media and Critics Called Out for Disinformation by NM PED/PEC at Charter Approval Hearing
Chaos, confusion. and community anger prevail when misinformation and disinformation flood our city of Alamogordo. Local media being called out by the NM PEC Commssion officials was a very sad and embarassing day. Media should re-evaluate their agenda and narrative-spinning.
We want a healthy, vibrant, and growing community not division and acrimony.

A new charter school has been APPROVED by the Public Education Commission (PEC) after extensive screening of presentations and public input in Santa Fe today.
The new STEM high school will open August 2025.

With NM being at the bottom nationally in education performance outcomes and the huge amount of money invested with no improvement, it’s time to do something different in our community.
Will it be the status quo? Crabs in a bucket? or Give our students the opportunity for an exceptional and challenging educational experience?
